Beyond the Boundary 2022

On Sunday 26th June we are hosting our Beyond the Boundary event. Join us for music, open mic, entertainment, pet parade, sports workshops, craft activities, kite flying, food stalls, beer tent & more!

A fun mini-festival for everyone:

Registration, either online in advance or on the day is required for entry, please complete online to avoid queueing on the day.

The event is free to enter but some activities will require cash/card.

Numbers in previous years have been very significant and for Covid/safety reasons we have to monitor entry and every person MUST be registered, preferably in advance.

Activities are all subject to change and of course the Great British weather.

Boundary Park is very kindly supporting this community event, the Boundary Park Bar will be open until 11pm for adults who wish to continue the celebrations!

FAQs

What about Covid 19?

The current UK Government roadmap continues, and we are able to hold this event without formal covid restrictions. We will still encourage people to minimise covid transmission, the majority of the event is outside and numbers are limited, with mandatory registration for everyone wishing to attend.

If you wish, please bring Masks and wear them if required. Also bring and use hand sanitiser, there will also be some available at the event. Anyone acting irresponsibly will be instructed to leave immediately.

What are the cost of activities at the Event?

Entry to the Event is FREE but for safety reasons, registration for all persons is required. This is best done in advance by using eventbrite booking, to save time in a queue.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There is no minimum age but all chilldren (under 18s) MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring happiness with suitable clothing and equipment for the likely weather, picnic blankets, chairs, suncream and umbrellas/coats if (hopefully not) required. Also bring your own PPE such as Face Masks and hand sanitizer.

Please do not bring alcohol, sound systems or any prohibited items. There is a zero tolerance policy to criminal, abusive or anti social behaviour.

Feel free to bring your own food and soft drinks, although alcoholic drinks and food are available to purchase at the event.

Pets are also welcome but must be on a lead at all times. Also please bring suitable equipment to clean up after them properly.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Please walk to event, especially if you plan on using the licenced Bar.  There are cycle racks at the event. There is also plenty of parking available at Boundary Park. The Bus Route is the Number 98 and stops close by.

What’s the refund policy?

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS since the tickets are FREE. Any profits from the event will go towards continuing to run the Activities on Great Western Park week, other community events or local Charities.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

YES please bring the printed ticket with you! If you prefer to save paper, then you can bring the ticket on your Smart Phone or other device but please have it ready to scan the code.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

You MUST REGISTER correct details on any Ticket. However if you are no longer able to attend, please log in the eventbrite and cancel.

Are Photographs taken?

There will be various forms of Photography at the Event, please speak to an organiser, as we have a method for ensuring nobody’s identity is published by us, for those that do not want it.
