David is responsible for church finances as part of the Leadership team, and also organises our monthly board games evening.
Kath Butler
Church Warden and Lead Pastoral Care
Kath Butler has been a member of the Leadership Team since 2019 and her particular area of interest is pastoral care. Kath moved from her native Oxfordshire to study Social Administration at the University of Manchester and then worked for over 30 years in Social Services for older people in Greater Manchester. Kath and her husband retired to France in 2005 where they enjoyed seven happy years renovating a farmhouse and becoming absorbed into the rural French community. Being the mother of two daughters and grandmother of four, Kath believes wholeheartedly in the importance of family values. She is working towards transferring these values in the development of a strong pastoral care ethos within GWP Church.

Phil Kerry
Preaching team leader
Phil has been on our leadership team from the beginning and leads the Preaching and Worship team. Phil is married to Rebecca and works as a biochemist on Milton Park. He is particularly interested in seeing people develop their understanding of God and his Word through teaching and study. When he has some spare time he tends his neglected allotment.

Rebecca Kerry
Community Cafe Manager
Rebecca has been on the Leadership Team since the church began in 2015. She has responsibility for the Community Cafe, and is particularly interested in the development of pastoral work in the church. She works part-time for a charity, and in her spare time she indulges in daydreams about fantastical DIY projects that may or may not be realised one day.
Hannah Rabey
Worship leader
Hannah is Head of English at a local school and moved to Didcot in 2017. She oversees the worship team and music at the church, and is passionate about introducing the congregation to new and exciting songs, whilst also incorporating a range of more traditional worship into church services. Outside of church and school, Hannah spends her time singing with the Oxford Bach Choir, gardening and walking her Border Collie, Alfie.

Rosie Chrobot-Hudson
Prayer leader
Rosie is a physics teacher and assistant head of sixth form at a local school. She believes that love and community is at the heart of the Gospel, as a consequence she believes relationships are the most important part of the Christian message. Relationships with God and with individuals. This has given Rosie a passion for pursuing a personal relationship with God and helping others do the same in their own individual unique ways.
Josie Midwinter
Ministry team
Josie has a long link with Didcot as her family moved to the town in 1948 (she was quite small at the time). She was commissioned into the Church Army in 1971 and has worked in a number of different places. She retired from full-time ministry in 2011 and became involved in GWPC in 2012. She still leads and preaches from time to time.
